Text Box: We have a number of horses and ponies which, for one reason or another, either because they are too old, have some disability, or are generally
unsuitable to work, are simply living out their lives at Alyn Bank.

Clyde is a typical example. He is a miniature Shetland pony and has feeding problems due to an undershot jaw. He is a great favourite with our riders
and is famed as an equine Houdini as he has an uncanny ability to get out of the enclosure in which he is believed to be incarcerated..

Together with a number of other "rescued horses" , Clyde is usually brought in with the riding horses during lessons to receive his usual pampering.
